Thank you for your interest in our home for rent. We have a 3-bedroom house available for $600/month per person, featuring three large bedrooms and a spacious downstairs living area with hardwood floors and new windows. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator and a newer electric stove, plus a washer and dryer. The house also has a newer boiler to keep it warm in the winter, a new kitchen door, and window AC units to help keep summer electric bills low. The brick exterior helps insulate against extreme temperatures year-round.

This home will be available for rent starting Summer 2026. The lease must be signed and all deposits paid by Summer 2026. One small pet under 25 lbs is allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. The property also has a small gated backyard; a $25 yard cleanup fee will be added to the monthly rent.
